More or less everyone likes to eat puchka. However, it is a very favorite food for women. Puchka of 40-50 rupees is always eaten on the side of the road. However, if you want, you can make and eat this puchka sitting at home. We have a recipe for making Blisters at home.

Blowing Materials -

Flour - 1 cup

Sugar-4 cups

Oil-1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon (Quantity)

Water - 2 cups (quantity)

Method for frying oil-

All the ingredients except oil should be mixed together and made into a little hard lump and covered for 15/20 minutes, then the sand should be cut into small rounds like bread, the bread should not be thin. The puchka should be fried in hot deep oil with medium ache. When puchka is fried, when it is given in hot oil, the puchka should be pressed a little and then it will swell.

How to make pur-

Double / boot boiled

Boiled potato paste - 1 cup

Mu spices - 1 teaspoon

Chili powder - 1 teaspoon

Beet salt - 1 teaspoon

Salt- Quantitatively

Method:

Blend all the water making ingredients together well Now add 3-4 cups of water to it Butter all the spices together to make pur.

Puchka

Make a hole in the middle of the dried puff with light finger pressure, fill it and keep eating with the prepared tamarind water.
