250 grams without chicken bones.

2 teaspoons of onion paste.

Ginger garlic paste half a teaspoon.

1 tablespoon coriander leaves.

2/3 of raw chilli powder.

1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder.

Dar sugar cardamom powder a little.

Half a teaspoon of soy sauce.

Half a teaspoon of tomato ketchup.

2 slices of bread.

Half a cup of bread crumbs.

1 egg.

For oil frying.

Like salt to taste.

5/6 sticks.

Preparation:

First wash the chicken well and drain the water. Now blend the chicken with chilli and coriander leaves in a blender. Then mix well with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce and chilli powder, tomato ketchup, white part of the bread with salt. Now put the foil paper in the jhajhar. Make small balls by hand from a little mince mixture and place on top of foil paper. Now put a sieve in the pot and boil it in hot water for 10-20 minutes.

Now take the ball one by one on the stick. Gather 4-5 balls on a stick. Serve hot fried in oil Special chicken balls. If you want to crunch, roll the bread with eggs.
