Method-

* Cut the potatoes into French fries. Make sure all the chips are about the same size. It will be beautifully cooked.
* Once cut, soak the potatoes in water for at least an hour. Then remove the water and wash it well 2/3 more times and let the water drip in the grate. You will notice that after washing the potatoes, white water comes out. This is the excess starch of the potato, if you do not wash it, the chips will become sticky and damp. This is one of the most important part of crushing chips.
* Heat the oil over medium heat. Then grate the potatoes with water and let it fry. Keep the flame a little higher than medium. You don't have to go through the pain of cooking potatoes.
* Shake occasionally. Of course, there is no need for deep oil. When the chips start to turn golden, mix half a teaspoon of salt in 1 tablespoon of water and spread it among the chips. Yes, salt water should be added to the oil. There is nothing to fear, it will not fall. It will taste like perfect lobster in chips, in exactly the same way. If you don't want to eat salt, don't give it like this.
* Mix a bit of salt and pepper together. You can also avoid it if you want. Fry the chips until golden red, grate them and remove from the oil. Place on top of the tissue and toss a little with a bit of salt and pepper.
