Materials:
1. 4 pieces of farm chicken Thai
2. Mustard 2 tablespoons
3. A small amount of peppercorn
4. A pinch of Italian sizzling
5. One cup of Bar BQ sauce
6 . 6 tablespoons of oil

8 . Half a teaspoon of chili powder

Preparation:
Cut the farm chicken with or without Thai skin, cut it well with a knife (those who have cholesterol problems should avoid the skin). Now all the ingredients except oil including mustard, peppermint, Italian sizzling, barbeque sauce, chilli powder and oil should be mixed well with the chicken and marinated for 3 hours.
After 3 hours, heat a little oil (6 tablespoons) in a frying pan, then leave the marinated meat in the frying pan (since the farm chicken has a lot of oil, it should be fried in less oil). First the meat should be fried side by side, until the meat is lightly darkened.
Then cover the fry pan with a lid to bring the meat to a boil. After 5 minutes the meat is boiled and you will see that a lot of water has come out of the meat. Pour a little barbecue sauce over the meat again. When the water is dry, take down the color of the grill and serve with raita.
How to make raita:
Cucumber, green chillies, coriander leaves, chopped onion and mix with sour curd. When well mixed, mix a little salt, sugar, pepper powder and serve with grilled chicken.
