Halim is basically a Pakistani dish made by mixing different types of pulses, wheat, meat and hot spices together and boiling it for a long time with a lot of water. When the water recedes, a mixture of dense thakatha is obtained. This is Halim.

Method of cooking
1. Mix mug, masakalai dal, lentil dal and polao rice and take about half a kg. Take one cup amount of wheat. Grind some of these in a blender or pan. It will take much less time. 2. First, mix all the spices with the chicken and marinate for half an hour. When the oil rises to the top, you will really understand that it is done. Mix the pulses well with water and spices. 5. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour. Don't forget to shake it from time to time. 6. When it becomes thick, the oil will come up on top.
