Lots of people spend some time at the gym at the beginning or end of the day. However, after doing the gym, many people do such a thing, as a result of which your skin is slowly getting damaged.

Many people use hair spray and dry shampoo to soothe sweaty hair after gym.

Dr. Dandy Ingelman say that after exercise, your body stays warm for a long time, these products used in the hair will melt and fall from the scalp to your facial skin and clog the pores.

Hair spray is not the only thing that sticks to the pores.

The use of these products can also cause acne and itching.

Once the pores are stuck, they are difficult to clean.

It is very easy to get blackheads, whiteheads and acne.

So, even if you want to tame your hair, you can't use hairspray for it.

Even using makeup requires caution, said Dr. Ingelman.

If you need to use makeup, you can use tinted moisturizer.

There are other things that should not be done after exercise, these are-

1) Drink sports drinks instead of water. There is no need to have a sports drink or energy drink after an hour of exercise.

2) Do not do stretching before the start of exercise and cool down (body massage) at the end.

This increases the chances of muscle tension and body aches.

3) Do not eat healthy food after exercise. Eating too late, too fast or unhealthy foods reduces the benefits of exercise.

Many people eat extra on the day of exercise, some do not eat anything other than vegetables.

Some rely on smoothies or energy bars. None of this can be done.

Instead, you can eat some healthy food within two hours after exercise.

4) Take painkillers to reduce body pain after exercise.

Painkillers should not be used unless there is an injury.
