It is possible only through proper education and training. But the current education system in Bangladesh is not able to do that.

- To arrange mass education and training for illiterate people so that they can acquire literacy. If proper training is provided, the skills of these people will increase. This will help in increasing the total production and growth of the country.
No country in the world today can prosper by natural resources alone. The importance of human resources is also immense. Human resource development is the main tool for the overall development of the country. And in the field of human resource development, there is no alternative to modern science and technology and up-to-date education. But sadly the education system of our country has not been able to turn the huge population of the country into human resources. Therefore, for the development of human resources, our education system needs to be streamlined.
