The elements are a certain territory, sovereignty, government and people. A state is established when a people form a larger society using their sovereign power through the formation of a particular government in a particular territory. The most important factor in this state formation process is the people. The people play a key role in forming a government to run a country. No one can ever ensure the exercise of power without the proper support of the people. The government of the state has all the powers in the general sense and the burden of governing the whole state rests with the government. But the government got this right from the cooperation of the people. The people actually hand over the sovereign power of the state to the government. In a modern democratic society, the people are literally the source of all power. They support a person with leadership qualities through participatory elections and delegate power to him. The right person to lead a state comes from the common people. While in power, the government cannot adopt any policy without considering the advantages and disadvantages of the people. In the face of public opposition, the government is often forced to cancel or change its decision. The people of a country always have the right to constructively criticize and advise on the actions and decisions taken by their leader or government. The government of a country basically reflects the will of the people of that country through public welfare work. Above all, the people exercise their sovereign power through their supported representatives who adopt and implement various policies for the welfare of the people on the basis of public opinion. Therefore the main source of sovereign power is the people of a country. Although the government apparently exercises power over the people, it is the people who give power to the government. Again, only the people can remove an anti-people government from power.
