Materials

Roopchanda fish whole 4, soybean oil 1.5 cup, onion paste 1 cup, onion paste 2 half cup, garlic paste 1 teaspoon, cumin paste 1 table-spoon, turmeric powder 1 teaspoon, dried chilli powder 1 teaspoon, raw 4-5 peppercorns, 1 tablespoon of coriander leaves, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce, amount of salt.

How to do it

Clean the fish and cut it slightly on both sides. Mix the fish with salt, turmeric and lemon juice and leave it for half an hour.

Heat oil in a frying pan and brown the fish on low heat. ‍ Fry the onion brown in that oil, add all the bata and powdered spices, add a little water, add salt and tomato sauce.

Now stir in the spiced fried fish and cook for a while more with half a cup of water. When it comes to oil, garnish with raw chilli and coriander leaves and serve with hot rice, khichuri or polao.
