Malay Semai

Whatever is needed
Milk — two liters
Red semai — one cup
— Half a cup of sugar
Condensed Milk: One cup
Cardamom and cinnamon — three / four
Ghee - one teaspoon
Almond crumbs and raisins to your liking
Preparation method
First put the milk on low heat and thicken it with cardamom and cinnamon. Now keep stirring well with sugar.
Then fry the ghee semai on a low flame till it turns red. Keep in mind, if you fry too much, it will not taste good.
Now mix the semai with the prepared milk cream and keep it on low heat for a while. Cool down and you will see that the semai will become thick. Garnish with almonds and raisins and serve cold.
