Eva Ported Milk 1 Can (354 ml), Heavy Cream 1/2 Cup, Sugar 3 Tablespoons or Taste, Cornflower 1 1/2 Tablespoons, Egg Yolk 1, Vanilla Essence 1 Tsp, Fruit (Strawberry, Banana, as desired) Apple, grape, mango, vedana), jello 1/2 cup (2 flavors).
# Instructions
1. First make the jello according to the packet's instructions and leave it in the fridge to set.
2. Then in a bowl, combine the evaporated milk, heavy cream, sugar, cornflower, vanilla essence and egg yolk all together well.
3. Put the pot in the oven and cook on medium heat. Stir the mixture frequently so that the milk does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
4. When the milk mixture thickens, turn off the oven and remove the pot from the oven.
5. Now cool the milk at room temperature and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours.
. Then cut the desired fruit and jello and mix it with custard and serve.
If you don't have evaporated milk, you have to thicken half a liter of milk.
Egg yolk, milk, cream, cornflower should be mixed in cold condition first. Then put it on the stove.
Cut and mix the fruit at the last moment. If you mix it earlier, water will come out from the fruit and the custard will become thin.
** When made with readymade custard powder, omit egg yolk, cornflower and vanilla essence
