Vegetable Cutlet

Ingredients

Boiled potatoes: 3-4

Oil: 1 tbsp

Medium onion pieces: 1

Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tbsp

Medium carrots, chopped: 1

Corn Flower: 1/4 cup

Raw chilli powder: 2 pieces

Boiled beans: 1/4 cup

Capsicum powder: 3 tbsp

Salt: to taste

Herbs: 1/2 teaspoon

Red dried chillies: 1/2 teaspoon

Chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon

Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon

Bread crumbs: 1/2 cup

Coriander leaves crumbly Flour: 2 tbsp Water: 1/2 cup

water Cornflower or biscuit powder: 1/2 cup

Steps :

Step 1 Put oil in a pan and grate onion in it.

Step 2 When the onion powder turns red, stir in the ginger garlic paste and raw chilli powder.

Step 3 Then cook for 10 minutes with carrot pieces, peas, sweet corn, capsicum.

Step 4 Stir well with salt, chilli powder, herbs, dried chilli powder, lemon juice and boiled potatoes.

Step 5 When the glue becomes like a door, remove it from the oven.

Step 6 Now mix it with bread crumbs and coriander leaves.

Step 7 Apply a little oil on your hands and shape it to your liking with a dough.

Step 8 Now roll it in flour first and then roll it in corn flakes or biscuit powder and add oil.

Step 9 Fry the cutlets over medium heat. Step 10 When it turns brown, remove the funky crispy vegetable cutlet.
