Hilsa with mustard
Hilsa is our national fish. And many hilsas are available in the rainy season. So then everyone eats more or less hilsa fish.
So today I came up with a great recipe for Hilsa. Its name is "Mustard Hilsa". There are very few people who have not eaten "mustard hilsa". It is a very tasty food. I hope you like it.
All you need is:
1. Mustard paste.
2. Chop the onion.
3. Raw chilli powder.
4. Mustard oil.
5. Yellow.
. Salt (in quantity).
. Hilsa fish pieces.
How to:
1. First you have to grind the mustard in a good way. Then it would be good to eat.
2. Then in a bowl, mix mustard paste, onion powder, raw chilli powder, mustard oil, turmeric, salt and hilsa fish together.
3. If it is spread well, it should be left for a while.
4. Now heat water in a pan in the oven. When it is a little hot, put the fish pan on the water in the oven. Now you have to cover it well with another pot.
5. Now you have to cook on low heat. After a while, lift the lid and slowly turn the fish over. Care must be taken otherwise the fish may break. Again you have to cook on low heat for a short time.
When done, put it in a clean container, decorate it nicely and serve hot "mustard hilsa" with hot rice. I hope everyone will like the food.
