5 Ways to have a Happy Life
We all want to have a happy life where we can do everything we want without the feeling of guilt, hatred, and negative vibes. As we grow old, we learned a lot from our past life, we adjusted our act and attitudes towards life in which we depend on what happened in the past. So here's my 5 ways to have a happy life :
Avoid toxic people. Toxic people are the one who drag us down, the negative energy they bring won't help us to do positive acts. They sometimes manipulate us, saying bad things about us that lowered our self esteem and not continuing what we are doing to make our life happy.Those people will not support us, they all want to drag us down and that makes them happy.
Love yourself. The first thing you should do is to find and love yourself before anything else. No one will stay with you till the end except yourself. Though we believed that "No man is an Island", we should also considered that at the end of the day the only thing you have is you.
Focus on your goal. Everyday we must list our goal for that particular day so that we can determine if we are productive that day. Being productive makes us happy.
Accept criticism. We cannot pleased everyone, we should accept those who criticized us for what we did. Those criticism will help us to be a the better version of ourselves. Let us put in our mind that criticism is not a bad thing but a good thing to start and reflect.
Help those in need. It is a heart fulfillment if we help other people. Whether it is moral, emotional or in kind support, the appreciation of others to what we give is one of the reason that makes us happy not only physically but also mentally and spiritually.
