Every year, suicide is among the top 20 leading causes of death globally for all ages. Every 40 seconds, someone commits suicide. On the other hand, in the Philippines, it's every 3.5 hours.
This is a wake up call for each and every one of us to take care of each other especially in this trying times.
Simply checking up on your family, friends, colleagues, teachers or classmates can help a lot. Suicide is something we should not take lightly– it's a symbol for lost hope.

Suicide cannot be the solution to any problem. We may face many problems in our life. That is why it is not right to give one's life by committing suicide. I know people choose the path of suicide from depression. But it takes nonsense like that. I pray to God that everyone returns to the path of good.
