Russia has so many tanks that they didn't know what to do with them. Some soldiers in training even use them for a bit of entertainment.

—currently Russia ranks as 1st in the world with 12,950 tanks followed by the US with only 6,289. Russia also reaches the highest tank strength in history by having around 22,000+ tanks in 2008.
