Fish Cooking Soup Preparation-Any fish can go
Necessary materials:
- Any fish (cut or clean the fish before you start cooking)
- Medium four onion sprouts (a little more onion will enhance the taste)
- A few green peppers,
- One tablespoon ginger paste,
- One tablespoon desi garlic paste,
- Half a teaspoon of chili powder (always take care of the salt)
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder,
- Oil (If you want to cook with less oil, add a little more water)
- Water (Cooking fish requires two drops of water, once during broth, once the fish is drained)
- Salt (In any cooking, start cooking with less salt because there is a chance to add salt again before the end of cooking.
After cooking the fish, you can use one of the following two.
- Half a teaspoon of cumin powder (to be used at the end)

Special: You can give some whole raw chillies before cooking. The fish will look good if picked in a cooking bowl or those who prefer salt can eat it.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add a little salt and saut the onion.
When the onion pieces are soft and light yellow in color, add green chillies, ginger, and garlic and fry for some more time.
Now add the required water and stir.
Now add turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix well and keep it on low heat.
See all the herbs come together and a different scent comes out and the oil comes up on top. Became busy cooking fish soup.
