Delayed Toxicity:-
>Hepatic Necrosis { most serious adverse effect }
>Renal tubular necrosis.
>Hypoglycaemia coma.
>Pancytopenia.
>Lekopenia.
>Skin Rash.
>Urticaria.
Do not take paracetamol in Jaundice's patient.
The pharmacological effect of paracetamol is Asitomenaphen. Metabolism of this drug occurs in the liver. In normal functioning liver cell - Acetaminophen is given in therapeutic dose has no adverse effects. But if the liver cell itself is ill this drug may cause liver intoxication and may develop hepatic failure.
Jaundice may develop for a different cause. One of which is hepatocellular jaundice. In hepatocellular jaundice liver cells may injure and ill.
so, In this stage paracetamol used should not be used as their will be a chance of developing hepatic failure.
