We Use Different Kinds of drinks in routine life according to the situation and also according to the weather.Drinking has become a trennd and most of the people use Soft drinks.They don't know how its effecting thier health.here i will compare Soft drinks with water.

Water is the great blessing of Allah Almighty without which life has no meaning, life is not possible without water. Water is very useful to avoid diseases.

Water is essential for digesting food Water is needed to regulate body temperature and blood circulation Water is essential for keeping the kidneys clean Water is important in reducing the effects of aging.

Water makes the skin soft, supple and beautiful. Drinking boiled water can protect against many diseases. Water should be drunk according to the physical need and capacity. Try to drink fresh water, plastic bottles. Prolonged stagnant water is also harmful to health. Water is very important for the life so prevent it from being wasted

Disadvantages Of Soft Drinks

Excessive consumption of soft drinks drink leads to obesity, while the chemical reaction caused by it tells the brain that we are doing something good even though it does not happen, as a result of which the consumption of sugar becomes a habit which is abandoned. It becomes almost impossible to do, which increases the risk of diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
