WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY!

An Australian consultancy is looking for an Administrative Support Officer for a new International College based in Sydney. The primary responsibility will be to be administrative support for a new International College. Main responsibilities will include:

- Processing of student applications

- Creating payment invoices and following up on tuition fee payments

- Answering inbound phone calls and providing counselling support

- Making outbound phone calls to create new partnerships

- Creating offer letters

- Creating student admin files and storing them properly

- Creating new documentation and templates as required by management

- Creating marketing materials through Canva or other photo editing softwares

- Creating posts for Social media marketing

- Liaising with education agents onshore and offshore to acquire new student leads and following up on tuition fee and commission

- Work with both onshore and offshore team effectively

- Explore marketing opportunities in Bangladesh for the college

- Assist in similar responsibilities for partnering organisations as required

Training will be provided for all tasks.

Requirement:

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Applicant must be fluent in English and must be able to converse with Australian clients.

Applicant must be able to work from 8 AM till 4 PM

Must have access to PC or Laptop

Applicant must have access to proper internet facilities (If working from home)

Applicant must be able to follow Australian (New South Wales) holiday calendar and might be required to work on Bangladeshi's holidays.

Remuneration:

Monthly BDT 20,000 - BDT 30,000
