E-Zone HRM is searching for customer service professionals to work closely with other associated team members to provide outstanding service to the ensure customer satisfaction through answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems for a “Renowned Mobile Financial Organization’’ under E-Zone contract.
Job Location: Dhaka
Position Name: Customer Service OffOpen
Working Time: Roster Duty / Shifting Duty (Weekly 6 Days)
*Male: Morning (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Evening (3:00 PM -11:00 PM) Night (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)*
*Female: Morning (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Evening (3:00 PM -11:00 PM)*
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide quality service to the customer over online communication (eg: email, web chat, social media) to ensure smooth operation and positive customer experience
• Provide excellent customer service; answer questions and inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and problems; offer possible solutions
• Manage call center database; enter new information as necessary
• Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
• Open customer accounts by recording account information
Educational Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Requirements:
• Strong communication skills both in English & Bengali
• Team Player
• Sound knowledge over MS Word & MS Excel
• Ability to work under pressure
• Age at most 30 year(s)
Job Nature: Full Time
Salary Range: BDT. 14,000/- TO 16,000/-
