The World & Crypto with Rutkowski
XRP is currently trading just above .28 cents with the scheduled pre trial to take place on Feb 22, 2021 The new incoming SEC official Gary Gensler
Gensler has been cited as being pro crypto, however he may not be so much pro XRP. The allegations against Ripple are serious allegations on many different levels. The reality of the matter is no matter what the ruling of the courts in the matter of the SEC vs Ripple is, XRP will still exist.
XRP is essentially decentralized blockchain meaning no one person has control over it's ledger. Ripple sells it's software to banks that allows it to use Ripple for converting money and sending large sums, for instance, Banks, Money Gram and companies of that nature.
Ripple has been rather successful in doing so if I may say so. Where did Ripple go wrong? We would have to start with Howey vs SEC a.k.a. The Howey Rule, this case alone sets the precedence on how the SEC deems anything an Security. By the standards of the SEC vs Howey, it was deemed that when you sell something to someone and that person is expecting to profit off of the asset you sold them, it is by that definition a Security.
Also being that Ripple used to refer to XRP as "Ripples" back in 2013 before they started asking people to not associate the two together any longer, however, it has been long since implied that the success of Ripple as a company will ultimately weigh in on the success of XRP itself. That is major factor that should by "Case Law" land XRP on the SEC's list of Securities.
What will happen to all of the XRP that Ripple currently holds? What will happen to the XRP that you currently hold? Can the United States shut down XRP? What could happen to price? We will find out in the Months to come.
Bitcoin is currently around $36,724.00 down around $3,400 from it's recent high around $40,124.00 Bitcoin seems to be fighting the same resistance some speculate that another correction is in the forecast while others speculate we are past this correction and we are currently experiencing some resistance at the $40K level, time will tell all.
Vladimir Putin
Russia will be pulling out of the Open Skies Treaty amongst President Biden coming into office, President Trump left the agreement with plans of future negotiation, with President Trump leaving office in just 4 days, that'll not be happening. It will fall upon the Biden Administration to bring Russia, Iran and Korea back to negotiations.
Vladimir Putin does not seem to be too keen on jumping into a treaty any time soon, other countries have made multiple allegations that Russia has violated the Treaty repeatedly by not permitting fly overs in certain areas or during certain military drills. It is alleged in part of the Article being prepared for President Biden's Impeachment that he has strong ties with Vladimir Putin, so maybe two ole' friends can come to a truths?
President Biden Campaigning to Gain Support for a $1.9 Trillion Stimulus
President Joe Biden is still trying to get enough support in order to pass his $1.9 Trillion Dollar Stimulus Plan, plenty of Americans could still use the help as the last $600 Dollar payment just isn't enough. Americans have to choose between paying a bill or putting food on the table for themselves or their children. President Biden despite what some may believe has also publicly condemned the people involved in the Capitol Riot.
President Biden has even urged Nancy Pelosi to put aside her own Political agenda and focus on reuniting America and getting help to Americans that need help. We all learned that the Biden/Obama administration was fond of Stimulus Packages, Obama gave a Stimulus to Americans to help prevent another great depression and it helped to stimulate the economy.
The American economy had been doing great until the Pandemic, President Biden is coming into a total wreck. They will have a rough 4 years with the economy in shambles unless President Biden is walking into more than Obama and him had to take on from 2008 to 2016
