Check some of the sample answers below to the most frequently ask questions during an interview for you to have an idea constructing your own response.
1. Tell me about yourself
Ans.
I usually start my day with a jolt by drinking coffee and make sure that I eat right as it is important to be energetic. In my spare time, I sometimes take a walk at the park and let nature reset my mind. When I'm at home, I play some energizing music and jive in. Also, I make sure that I get more sleep as possible because sleep deprivation could make you less motivated. The thing about me is that, I never give up easily on things that I love and do. That's my mantra in life.
2. Why do you want to work in a Call Center?
Ans.
Working in a Call center is a challenge, as with almost any other jobs. It requires skills and knowledge where you need to be versatile as we interact with different customer's, attentive to details, familiarize and handle task with less supervision and I am equipped to take on the job because I'm a type of person who deliver good results, that is why I prepared for this interview driven to get hired.
3. Why should we Hire you?

4. What are your strength and weaknesses?
Ans.
A friend of mine said that I am incredibly fun, friendly, and warm spirited soul which I consider as my greatest strength because I believe that a humble person never lose a fight and that's what I am. I'm a Fighter! (with conviction) and quitting is not an option.
My weakness would be worrying on situations where your caught off guard and your unprepared and you don't want to burden anybody. Like for an instance, your assigned to work on a project that is beyond your expertise and people are expecting results and for that matter, come what may (smile as if its a joke though truth be told, its a headache). I know that processes can change almost constantly in a Call Center environment. So what I would do to remedy the situation is to seek help to someone with experience before accepting any task and I firmly believe that being ready is a matter of importance because champions are molded and harness through experience.
5. Why did you leave your current job?
Ans.
Aside from the benefits and compensation, I think its time to explore areas outside my expertise. I know how great I can be with my potential. I know what I need to accomplish and I'm sure that I will be worth it for this position because I am punctual, disciplined, and bold enough to take risk and if needed I am willing to undergo training and become an excellent call center agent.
