Why all P2E games died?
Play to earn games - Is it over before they begun ?
When I was a kid I never thought that I can earn money just by playing games on internet. But when I heard about axie infinity I thought it just a scam and dont even take it seriously because from where I reside scams are so common that we can't even believe on govt sites, but lately I understand that they have their own token that has value in crypto market. But I don't have enough money to invest to get a access card to play and now I even don't want to play.
Play-to-Earn was supposed to be revolutionary.
But now they are starving to survive and I don't think personally that P2E games gonna survive.
What the major problems of their downfall ?
1.Money is Always Leaving the Game
At the time of players invest the inflow of money reaches it peak and then the outflow break and the total withdrawal by the players is larger than the total eco system of the game.
2.Focus on the earning
The main cause of their downfall is the title why play-to-earn , where the focus is primarily on earning rather than playing. It just become a scheme of getting rich quick between players.
3.Funding model
The funding models those types of games are just primarily work only 3-4 months in just developing the game nothing else. Elsewise if any game want to start in the market they minimum work about 2-3 in the development in the games and if they want to make it a P2E they indirectly start making environment of Tokens and NFTs.
What is the future of P2E?
I think that is not the good times for that type of things in the market where we facing bear and recession in the market that type of games create no value in the market.
Everytime when these type of games launches they creates a hype among the market via social media to attract investors as their traffic but soon after the end of excitement , the hype and the ecosystem collapse in a harsh way.
