Hello Guys, Welcome to my blog..... Charrr, haha. Anyways Good Morning everyone, I will share this recipe to you. It is my version because I'm the one who prepare and wrapped this and it's very deleciouso, yummy than your ex..clamation points.
This is not very easy to prepare especially if you are the one who will chop the pork and the veggies, while the sweet potato, well I just grate it because it's easy and less consuming time.
Before, when we wrapped a Lumpia, we will put an Eden Cheese to it, but because we have this pandemic we need to mind where we are spending our money, if it's not that necessary then don't put some, it's still the same even if we don't put a cheese it's still delicious, I'm just saying. But cheese in lumpia is really delicious guys, try it too sometimes, and Tender Juicy hatdog, my gosh.
Okay let's Start.....
INGREDIENTS
1/4 Ground Pork
Carrots
Cabbage
Chayote
Sweet Potato (Grated)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Onions
1 sachet Pork Savor
Lumpia Wrapper
3 cup of Cooking Oil
PREPARATION
This is the Lumpia Wrapper that we are using, we can buy this everywhere in the Market, it's cheap and not so pricey 5 piece of wrapper is 3 php only. So I bought 7 tanda of this and prepare it by separating it one by one, we just need to be careful because it is easy to break, and once you break it you can't put them back together. This is just like a woman's heart, once you break it into million pieces, you will never put them back together, but once they find the courage to stand up and move on, be ready because you're dead.
This is the ground pork, just 1/4, my Lumpia version has more vegetable than meat and no fat, because my my oldies has a maintenance already and porky recipe is a no no! Anyway, we didn't use a grinder to this meat, we use a knife to grind it, it's cool and easy.
In preparing for the Vegetables and Sweet Potato, I chopped the Carrots, Chayote and Cabbage, into so very little cube, while I grated the 2 pieces small size of Sweet Potato. Minces the Garlic and Onions.
When I prepare Lumpia, I don't saute it, we just combine all of this together in one big bowl and mix it well until well blended. Put the Veggies - Carrot, Cabbage, Chayote, Grounded Pork and the Sweet Potato. Add salt to taste, Pepper, Pork Savor, the Minced Garlic and Onions and mix it well.
Once you're done mixing it you can now start wrapping it. When I wrapped, I don't fold the bot side of my Lumpia, because when I fold it, I can only put a little amount of fillings and that's not good, mabibitin ako, so it should not fold. But whatever you want, do it your way wrapped it in whatever size you want.
COOKING
Ready you cooking pan, put the cooking oil, open the stove in meduim temperature and put the wrapped lumpia, cooked it until golden brown. Cooking in very low temperature is the secret so that the filling will not be unde cooked and the wrapper will not get burn.
