Sometimes we as humans in carrying out all daily activities that drain a lot of energy and mind, make the body tired. Humans not only need food, they also need refreshment. A tired brain if forced will cause disease as well.

However, you force yourself to self-healing by going on an excursion to a green place.

So the self-healing that you did was not right, you should do your tasks first until they are finished, if you feel tired you can rest for a while by doing self-healing at home, then after everything is finished, in the sense that it is complete without any obstacles, and encourage us to refresh.
