In my last post, where I described that I have started to lose my interest, something appeared in my notifications and it was @Read.Cash posting a short post where most newcomers seem to use this website as a way to earn money, and with 11,000 members, that small chunk of $137 per day is shrinking rapidly for everyone that wants to use this platform.
In honesty, they are right. People do have more chances of earning money in Youtube-like platforms (like LBRY and Youtube itself) because all of them merely require you to br creative, clickbait-ish, and have a sizeable group. You have the chance to be monetized in Youtube by getting more than thousand views per video based on their large "do's and don'ts" that big companies can do it easily. LBRY actually allows you to get tips to be spent as money but you could also use these tips to boost your creation.
Read.Cash is different from other blogging sites, for they are blogging first, Bitcoin Cash second. They want to spread word of Bitcoin Cash but this is still a blogging website professionals can use. All the best users are those that express themselves through their words and due to their words, they are able to get more than enough points to turn into ~$1 earnings from the $137 daily limit. Not all of them are able to do this easily now because people are joining and they just want to try and earn some of the money.
@Read.Cash is right that this isn't a good place to earn income. This is just the same as claiming on cryptocurrency faucets.
Today due to the pandemic, online jobs can go a long way. It doesn't mean you should stick to this website only. There are tutorials and testimonies around the world that manage to recover and earn more. It just needs more than simply following word of mouth of "this person is giving free money if you post and comment random things" because Read.Cash isn't that.
Read.Cash's meta relies on you personally making good and memorable articles that people will want to spread and like. Comments that simply say few words like "thank you" or "this is good" won't work anymore. Joining any group that encourages mass-liking of articles will block you off from the points system for two weeks until you stopped.
As a few of us have said, ignore the points system and the random rewarder. You can be happy if you reach high point counts, but always remember that quality trumps quantity and quality articles bring more points to you. I have noticed two waves of newcomers commenting and posting and I wish you all good luck on using the platform.
This is Rowan, and have a safe day.
Thanks for sharing this, this article is an eye opener to those who are here because of reward. I like this platform not because of the reward only, I am an avid reader so i enjoy to be here since I find lot of good quality content article as this. And this is also any opputunity for to encourage myself to write some article as an aspiring writter to express my passion in writting.
