Fun fact, the day I start getting actual lead images is the day I'm going to be super serious.
Anyway, yeah, you read that title right.
Juungle is Bitcoin Cash's NFT marketplace.
But wait, you might ask, what's an NFT? What does it have to do with peer-to-peer electronic cash?
I'm not too sure either, but to answer your first possible question, NFTs mean Non-Fungible Tokens. The closest approximate you can get without actually getting a headache is your money bill or a coin. Take, for example, a dollar bill.
Each dollar bill has special features which make it unique and untraceable, and each dollar bill has a serial somewhere that marks when it was printed, who printed it, and what type of dollar bill it was.
Like these dollar bills, NFTs are essentially these dollar bills, except they can be baseball cards, airplane tickets, time capsules, and unique video game items.
So, let's get back to how it relates to Bitcoin Cash.
Well, it's actually implemented by the Simple Ledger Protocol developers, who added SLP tokens to Bitcoin Cash a year ago. SLP NFTs, however, weren't really that developed in full, unlike the tokens, until these days.
So, unto the platform.
Juungle Book
Juungle's new. It's also on heavy development, and you can say it's like noise.cash in that regard, except more with shades of green than gray, due to its name. You know, a jungle.
That doesn't mean I can make a profit though. And yes, it was also created by the Waifu SLP Research team, you know, the one that gave away WAIFU NFTs.
Anyway, yes, WAIFUs was first sold and traded here. And then, there was a certain developer from the Mistcoin Mining Community that decided to roll out a new NFT called ZOMBIE.
It was a wreck that time. Heck, any large-scale postings of a new NFT set would ruin the site, but that's the fun of having a marketplace that looks like this.
And now, you can see a variety of NFTs on sale.
Still sometimes wrecking the economy, since right now the NFT craze is all but over. Funnily enough, this began before the NFT craze, so you might as well put on your tinfoil hats and say "Those other coins wanna ruin Bitcoin Cash one again!!!1"
Actually, no, don't. It was just a coincidence. Those NFTs on the craze were mostly ETH and WAX-based. Trust me.
Juungle Inferno
Now, you might be thinking and wanting to ask me, "dearie, how do I sell my own NFTs?"
Or, maybe, you might ask, "Is there anything more than waifus and ponies or zombies???"
Well, I'm glad you asked. (Actually, no I'm not.)
Check out this article by @Constant1995 about it. Here.
This is a short review. I just don't know why I really wanted to review this marketplace.
Although I'll rate it at an 11/10 not enough buyers.
This is Rowan, signing off.
