Here is another day and I pray it shine like ever Being together working as a team has the great impact in Any organization you found your self into  As a leader in your team or organization, you should not allows any set of hatred among your people  If you will have to praise those that are working hard for the team or the organization, make it generously by encouraging others to work harder than those you think are perfect As I mentioned on my post yesterday that Barcelona team are not in good term with each other and they wanted to face one of the most techniques team in the world, that they can never see the victory if they didn't work to love each other  As a football lover, I like to read what's going on in a big team when they want to face another strong team I know Barcelona are not happy with each other before the game but they couldn't help but to play the game and it end in a negative way while they jam a massive by Bayern Munich with 2-8  Let the peace reign among or between where you are that's how we can lift up together.
