Buko Salad When I was in Bataan, my older brother and cousin gave a lot of young coconuts to my mother, so I made "Buko Salad." My mom and sister liked it. So I thought I would have made my family too when I came home to Pampanga. I learned how to prepare fruit salad from my wife. So early this morning, I went to Alfa Mart to buy all the ingredients. I also bought two young coconuts because here in Pampanga, there are no free young coconuts, unlike in Bataan. Hehe! Well, I will post this first. Enjoy your meal and dessert later! Fruit salad talaga thr best yan kahit mainit man or malamig...im sure masarap yan dahil may buko
