February 25, 2022. Honestly, I already had another article prepared, but more than falling into what is a trend, it is having a sense of belonging! I feel such deep pain with what is happening today, I feel such deep pain seeing how families have had to disintegrate without options, I feel great pain seeing how citizens see their country become nothing, I feel pain seeing How they feel alone and abandoned. Something good and bad that I have is that I am a literally very empathetic person and I can really feel what they may be experiencing even though I am not living it, because I do not believe in borders because they do not hurt because they are not from my country not because it's not happening here I don't suffer, of course I do! I have a sense of belonging and it hurts deeply to see the world burn.

I have a teory

I think we are all guilty of what is happening today, because we do not wake up, because we live deceived, we live in an eternal division of sides. We have believed that being followers of some "leaders" would guarantee us some benefit, just as we are tired of seeing that no political leader has thought about the consequences of their actions. I grew up in Venezuela and was born with communism and socialism already established and I can perfectly understand how abandoned Ukraine can feel, because in the good times many countries profess their support for us, but in the bad we can only feel the fear and concern of being abandoned .

Hate

Hate has been gaining strength for years: things surely hurt and are valued when you are at risk and this conflict is months old. We do not learn from mistakes the pandemic, from the past, on a historical level it was an event that changed lives and even with death upon us we did not learn anything. I speak in general because tomorrow this issue will be put in the background and everything will return to normal.

A statement of peace

Only we can make the world change, only we stop being part of a herd led by absurd ideologies, where some people have to suffer so that others can have power. I have learned as a Venezuelan living 20 years in communism that no political leader will think 100% of its citizens, will assume responsibilities through thick and thin, and will be able to put their interests aside for us. Let's stop professing false psychologies, false struggles, false images that reality is different. Honestly this world is damaging and we are even allowing it to be part of it.

I have seen many people on social networks waiting for an attack against Russia, as if that is the real solution, What do they want? More dead? The Russians are not to blame for the decisions of their government, wishing to bomb or attack Russia is the most false thing you can do after asking for mercy for Ukraine. Those affected in Ukraine were innocent and the Russians will be innocent too if they are affected. There is a lot of pain, they feel betrayed by their brothers and the others feel devastated to see how their country destroyed their brother country.

Hatred is being sown every day more, than if the blues, than if the reds, as if they thought of us. Let's wake up, if a government has to use us as a human shield to carry out an interest, it will do so without thinking of us. I have seen many Venezuelans die as I have grown, I have seen students fighting for their country, I have seen children die of malnutrition, I have seen sick people die without medicine, I have seen Venezuelans die crossing borders, that has humanized me, I can feel the pain, I can feel how your country becomes nothing, it hurts and it is something that marks you. Who is for you in those moments? Only God. Who are those affected? The village. Who help you? Only those who have a benefit with the government or the country.

Let's pray for Ukraine, let's pray for the Russians, let's pray for a better country, let's pray to become better people, let's pray to be more human. Today the subject of Ukraine and Russia is in trend, but Africa? Pakistan? Venezuela? Cuba? It has been forgotten and probably what is happening today is too.
