Do measure your blood pressure at home? I measured it yesterday and here is the result. I think it's a little high but it's not dangerous. I don't take any blood pressure medication. yes, i have one at home and i do check mine from time to time ... so far all good :)

Mine just got measured recently. It's 100/70. Thank goodness.
