How to spend rainy days? Just fix something at home. My electric blanket that I put under my sheets broke. When I'm very cold, I use that blanket in bed to warm myself up for an hour or two. Consumption is only 50W. I disassembled the control unit and started measuring with a multimeter where the error is. Main fuse is OK, diodes OK, resistors OK, mechanical power switch OK. I know now. The axial temperature sensor is burned out. I ordered a new one. It will cost $3 including postage. Maybe someone would throw it away and buy a new blanket for $35 it's still raining outside and the temperature is now 12 degrees. 🌧️

Atleast there is only one damaged on the election blanket circuit. Good evening
husband loves fixing things too. just buying some parts and replace old parts of things around here in house
Hope you get the part to fix this before the cold comes.
My electrical subject way back is becoming rusty, I didn't get too serious on applying it as my skill, so I almost forgot everything I learned from school hahah, The one you are testing is called a diode right?
