1. Apple Cider Vinegar Mix one to two cups of pure apple cider vinegar in lukewarm water. Soak both feet in this mixture for 30 minutes. Do this once a day. Do this for a few days. Also mix one or two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in one glass of lukewarm water. You can mix a small amount of pure honey with it. Drink it twice a day.

2. Yellow Another effective way to relieve foot pain is turmeric. Mix one teaspoon of turmeric with lukewarm sesame oil. Massage this mixture on the sore spot for 30 minutes. Do this twice a day. You can also mix turmeric with hot milk. Drink twice with it. The anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory ingredients in turmeric help reduce pain.

3. Wrap some amount of ice cubes in a cloth. Or use an ice bag. Put it on the sore spot for 10 to 15 minutes. Do it for a while. However, do not use ice directly on the skin.

4. Mix equal amount of lemon juice and castor oil. Massage the sore spot with this mixture. Do this two or three times a day. You can also drink a cup of lukewarm water mixed with a lemon juice and a little honey. Drink it twice a day.

5. Massage warm olive oil, coconut oil or mustard oil and gently massage the sore spot for 10 minutes. Do this 2-3 times a day. According to the 2012 Science Translational Medicine journal, this 10-minute massage will reduce foot pain by preventing muscle inflammation. Massage reduces stress by increasing blood circulation.
