The NDG (NEO Global Development) begins this work focused on an ecosystem for the construction of security tokens. In fact, NGD recently announced a partnership with Liquefy company to create a NEO-based ecosystem (see neo quote) and allow asset owners to issue new security tokens on the NEO blockchain 3
NGD is the organization founded in March 2018 out of love for NEO, to focus on NEO community development, research and marketing strategies. Instead Liquefy is an end-to-end solution that allows its owner resources to create security tokens. Also includes allotechnology for tokenization and tools for asset management. In addition, the company currently has a protocol that complies with 50 jurisdictions.
Thanks to the investment and collaboration of NGD will work with Liquefy and will be allowed to develop a new ecosystem to allow asset owners to issue new security tokens based on NEO digital currency.
According to a statement released by Adrian Lai, CEO of Liquefy, the development of new security tokens is so important now that the sector is still in its infancy. What distinguishes the NEO protocol from others and their being based on a blockchain is the integration of NeoID, which allows AML and KYC and also the status of accreditation to be stored in the new blockchain while maintaining privacy.
This allows the issuers to maintain and track the logs of transactions occurring in the secondary market to remain compliant with a larger number of constituencies. For this reason, Liquefy is pleased to accept NGD as a partner and investor for developing a new security token system.

Thanks to the new partnership, Liquefy platform will support NEO. In addition, because the current process of transferring private security is expensive, difficult and destructive due to KYC information on investors divided into different intermediaries, Liquefy instead wants to offer an end-to-end solution that allows for best verification of compliance with investor management services across multiple jurisdictions.
