Here the some intructions how to cook chicken pepper with pasta

ingredients:

6tablespoon lakes butter

1 medium red bell pepper ,cut into strips

1medium yellow pepper cut into strips

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

3 whole boneless chicken breasts halved skinned cut into 3x12 inch.stips

1tablespoon finely chopped fresh tarragon leaves

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

8 ounces uncooked dried vermicelli

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup shredderd mozzarella

3/4 cup half-half

Procedure:

In 12 inch skillet melt butter until sizziling stir in onion peppers and garlic.

Cook over medium high heat until pepper s are crisply tender 2-3minutes.

Remove vegetables from skillet with slootted spoon .

Set a side reserving juice in a pan.

Continue cooking,stirring occasionally ,until chicken lightly brown ed and fork tender 7-9minutes .

Meanwhile ,cook vermicelli according to packaging derections.

Rince with hot water ,drain .

Add vegetables ,mozzarella cheese,Parmesan ang half -half chicken mixture.

Reduce heat to medium,continue cooking until cheese melted .

Add cooked vermicelli tost gently to coat.

Yield 6 servings.
