When the Civil Disobedience Movement was going on in Punjab, Lady Noon did not give up even after being arrested three times. He helped reorganize the movement against the British-backed Khizr cabinet.
Even after the death of her husband, Vikarun Nisa is still involved in various social service activities. He established a school for girls in East Bengal. Vikarun Nisa Nun tried to get girls from this country to pursue higher education like Oxford, Cambridge.
