 1.- Homemade golden milk

Golden milk has become very popular for all its properties, making it an excellent choice before bed for its relaxing effect.

material

1 cup coconut milk

1 cinnamon stick

1 tsp. turmeric

Pinch of pepper

1 tsp. Honey or corn

Grated ginger to taste

Preparation:

Heat the coconut milk with celery or corn honey, when it boils, add the rest of the ingredients, dissolve, turn off and let stand for two minutes. Serve with a sieve.

 2.- Cream of Broccoli with Peas

Cream is very easy to prepare and essential in Mexican food because we all like to eat soup before the main course, broccoli is rich in vitamin C, but also in fiber, which is our excretory system to remove toxins. Allows us to function properly which makes us sick.
