Man is the best creature of creation. As such, human movement, taste, mindfulness, everything will be the best, that is normal. People have used the environment in many ways since the beginning of the world. Man-made environment has developed with. At the same time human beings are social beings, human beings live in socialized conditions. Therefore, it is the responsibility of human beings to protect the natural environment for their own protection. Besides, to make life beautiful and enjoyable, one needs to keep the surroundings clean. Islam has given special importance to keep the environment beautiful and clean. Islam encourages keeping the environment pollution free. Cleanliness is a part of faith. Regarding cleanliness, our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Decontaminate and sanctify your surroundings." The environment changes due to human interference in the environment. At present, the pressure of endless demand is having an adverse effect on the environment. If we notice a little, we see that toxic atmosphere is being created around us every day for various reasons. In particular, the environmental catastrophe of noise pollution and air pollution is increasing day by day. Noise pollution is on the rise due to hydraulic horns, high mic noise and factory noise. Again, water is being polluted by untreated industrial waste, untreated municipal waste water, oil-borne pollution, and oily substances from shipbreaking activities. On the other hand, air pollution is another cause of suffering in urban life at present, which is making public life unbearable. The environment is constantly being polluted as a result of uncontrolled dust emissions from various construction works and other sources. Again, brickfields have sprung up all over the country including Dhaka district. These unlicensed brickfields do not comply with residential areas or agricultural land. Wood is being burned illegally in brick kilns. As a result, the balance of the environment is being disturbed and the air is being polluted. As a result, health risks are increasing. The environment must be saved for the survival of public life. In particular, it is very important to solve the problems of noise pollution, air pollution and water pollution. In this case, public awareness and law enforcement must be ensured. Like every country, our country has a number of laws to protect the environment. Noise Pollution (Control) Rules 2006, Bangladesh Environmental Protection Act (1995), Brick Burning (Control) Act 1989, Brick Burning (Control) (Amendment) Act 2001, Building Construction Act 1952, Real Estate Development and Management Act 2010, Environmental Court Act 2010, Bangladesh Environmental Protection (Amendment) Act 2010. Sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Bangladesh Environmental Protection Act, 1995 states that 'Vehicles emitting smoke or gas which is harmful to health or the environment shall not be driven or operated in any other way for the purpose of testing to stop the emission of smoke or gas. It can't be done. ' Violators of that provision will be fined not more than Tk 5,000 for the first offense; A fine of Rs 10,000 for the second offense and a fine of not more than Rs 10,000 or both for each subsequent offense. In conclusion, everyone should be aware of protecting the environment. As well as urbanization should be well-planned. In order to survive on earth, development activities must also be carried out that do not hinder future development and do not pollute the environment. Only integrated administrative action and public awareness can provide a safe and beautiful homeland for future generations.
