Materials
600 gms of chicken breast meat, 1/2 cup of olive oil or any oil, 1-2 teaspoons of sesame oil, 1/2 cup of chopped onion, 1/3 cup of soy sauce, 3-4 teaspoons of tomato sauce, cumin powder 1 / 2 teaspoons, coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon, black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon, baking powder 1/2 teaspoon, adabata 1 teaspoon, garlic 1 teaspoon, capsicum as required, red onion 1 large , Coriander leaves 1/2 cup, green chillies 6-7, garlic cloves 5-6, onion powder 2 tablespoons and salt to taste.
Method
First cut the chicken breast meat in 1/2 inch and marinate it for 2-3 hours by mixing all the spices including salt, soy sauce, ginger, garlic. (Meat boils quickly with baking powder). I usually marinate at night and refrigerate and cook the next day. Capsicum and red onion should be cut into long slices.
Lightly fry the marinated chicken in oil in a pan and lightly fry the chopped onion in the oil. Stir in the fried chicken and capsicum and red onion. At this stage the stove flame should be kept medium.
One by one you have to finish cooking with tomato sauce, garlic, green chillies and coriander leaves. Spread sesame oil on top before unloading to give a very nice scent. Sprinkle with fried sesame seeds and onion leaves while serving. It will look nice and will also look great to eat !!
Tips
This cooking has to be done a little quickly. Because chicken breast meat melts in 4-5 minutes and capsicum also melts if cooked for a long time and does not look nice.
