Materials

Both chicken mince or mutton mince can be used to make minced meat singara.

Minced Chicken / Mutton - 200 gms, 1 onion powder, 2 green chilli powder, 1 teaspoon ginger powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 cardamoms, 2 black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 2 cloves, 1/2 cumin powder Teaspoon, chilli powder 1 teaspoon, turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon, coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon, salt to taste.

It will take to make the top shell of Singer

2 cups flour, 1/4 teaspoon joan, salt to taste, oil (for frying).

Method

If the chicken is minced, it should be washed well and boiled in hot water. When the mutton is minced, boil it in a pressure cooker and drain the water. Now in the mix, you have to make a good paste of raw chilli powder, adakuchi powder, garlic powder, whole pepper, cardamom and clove. Now heat the oil in a pan, first add the last cumin seeds, then fry it well with the chopped onion and stir it with the paste made in the mix. Now fry it well with minced chicken or mutton with powdered spices and salt.

Now mix flour, joan, salt and a little oil and mix well with lukewarm water.
