Raw chilli - 4 p.m.
Mint leaves - 3 grams
Garlic - Four cloves
Ginger - small pieces
Onion - 1/2 (whole)
Lemon juice - 1 whole
Salt- one tablespoon
Sugar -1 / 4 teaspoon
Hot spices - 1 pinch
Mustard oil - 2 teaspoons
Kasundi - 2 tbsp
Egg-3 tbsp
Ice Cube - 1 p.m.
Bread crumbs or biscuit powder
How to make
Wash the fish fillet well. Blend well in a grinder with parsley leaves, coriander leaves, raw chilli, mint leaves, garlic cloves, ginger pieces, onion pieces, lemon juice, salt, sugar, a pinch of hot spices, mustard oil, cassava, an egg, a little ice cube. Take it. (The reason for giving ice cubes is for the fresh green color). Now mix two spoons of flour well in that mixture. Then marinate the fish pieces in the mixture and keep it in the fridge for a couple of hours. Now take bread crumbs in a bowl. Take another bowl of flour.
