CDC Director Says More than 90% of Americans Are Susceptible to COVID-19

According to Dr. Robert Redfield, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, most Americans are susceptible to coronavirus infections. "Preliminary results from the first round show that the majority of our country, more than 90% of the population, remains vulnerable," he told a Senate hearing chaired by the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee. "Most Americans are still sensitive."
