Working out doesn't necessarily mean the same for all. Some of us do it to stay fit, some do it to shed weight and for some, it's a sheer means of keeping stress at bay. In all cases, working out helps. That said, I often come across people who don't feel good after working out. This happens because we ignore certain small things. Read these to know what I am talking about.

1. Doing intense workouts is a common reason why we feel tired. We should try and take it slowly. Reduce repetitions and weights. Relax between sets.

2. Dehydration can be another reason. We sweat and lose water when we do rigorous exercises. We should ensure that the electrolytes levels don't go down. Always carry water, coconut water, or natural fruit water with us. Energy drinks are not recommended because of caffeine content.

3. Post workout meals help to replenish energy. We should never skip them. One of the better options is to prepare them in advance so that we can quickly refuel ourselves right after the session.
