Every free nation has a flag of its own. Bangladesh is also a free country. So she got a flag of her own. We achieved it after a nine months "war of liberation" in 1971.It is the symbol of Bangladesh. The bottle green ground of the flag stands for the green landscape of Bangladesh. The blood red sun in the middle of the flag bears the memory of the people who laid down their during the war of independence. When we're look upon our flag as a sacred thing. We salute our national flag and remember the freedom fighters who laid down their lives for our country.
