Alzheimer's disease I discuss about most common disease in old age,that is Alzheimer's disease It's a neuro generative diseas.in Alzheimer's disease memory loss first,then behaviour changes happen.in total there is dementia happen. Lets talk about dementia:(dementia is a process,where memory loss happen.and learning Process goes slowly. In the Alzheimer's disease , there happen mainly brain cell damage.(atrophy of brain) What is atrophy of brain? (Zirus of become shrink,sulcus prominent and ventricle are prominent) that is atrophy of brain.. Now i discusses about why atrophy of brain happen? Mainly there are 2 reason for this. 1.Alzheimer's disease. 2.Alcohol consumers. Now,we are discussion the presentation of Disease! 1.in old age >65 year it happens 2.recent memory loss of patient. 3.language deficit happen. 4.patients are always confused 5.Disorientation of patient, 6.Behavioural changes happen.
