In the world of hosting an event right from set back then, everyone has always aim for a buoyant event which was found out as majorities taste. If we had to rate it at the scale of 1-100, 75% will prefer a buoyant event while the 25% will rather go for a lowkey event. But usually event are being planned based on the financial level of the host and its also based on the kind of event we talking about. We've got different kind of event:

Aside hiring and event planner, can we all agree that we have some genius amongst us that can plan a cool time simple event without getting into trouble or ran into some debt affair afterwards? Yes ..

Let's take planning a wedding event as an example.

If we never wanna hire an event planner base on the planner's cost because you gonna have to pay the planner's workmanship either you like it or not. You can plan a simple wedding event yourself and your partner with any of the friends and based on the mutual understanding or agreement you have with your partner, relatives and others. When planning a wedding event, factors we needed to look into are:

*the venue event should be held *the decoration plan *the menu and *the dress plan.

Haven't had all these steps in your head. You can make a simple event out of it, talking about the venue, if you don't have enough to hire and event hall, a park or a simple garden should be more cheaper for hiring or any kind of suitable location as far its event friendly. As for the menu, the kind of motive you have like probably if you planning on inviting probably 200 guest, but according to your pocket wise as at that time you can still take the risk of 120-150 guest so that the menu's like the drinks, food and other kind of menu will be enough and no guest is gonna be left out. The decoration plan, the deco plan should suggested/analysed by the event decorator base on the venue or kind of event plan you had for yourself, and moreover we've got lot of ready made wedding deco accessories made for a simple & colourful wedding, the event decorator should be able to plan a pocket friendly one for you. The dress/couples accessories plan are made up of the kind of dress the bride and the groom are gonna be having on, and the cosmetics plan, wedding dress and cosmetics are been sorted according to their expensive rate, so with the rate you should know what to go for base on your budget.. A little more plan might be included, but these are the basics that should be noted for a successful simple wedding plan.

Same thing applies to other kind of events, but what we needed to know is that some event can never be planned this days without involving or hiring an event planner.
