Children have been returning to school across China. After being at home for a very long summer holiday, the first day back didn't go smoothly for some.
At a kindergarten in east China's Xuzhou City in Jiangsu Province, kids in a class cried out loud for their mothers as teachers appeared helpless.
In Shanghai, a couple mistakenly sent their son to primary school one day before the school actually reopened. The boy began to walk back home alone in tears. His mother was able to locate him, with the help of police.
In Hangzhou City in east China's Zhejiang Province, a child was sent to the wrong school by his father. Teachers from both schools spent hours figuring out which one he should attend.
