Wuhan's Sheshan Mountain: An inspiration to poets

Located on the eastern bank of the Yangtze River, Sheshan Mountain, also known as the Snake Mountain, was a place where ancient poets, like Li Bai, Wang Wei, and Lu You, got inspired.

The mountain stretches some 1,790 meters and measures 30 meters wide. It has over 20 pavilions, including the city's landmark Yellow Crane Tower.
