Today I'm going to share with an easy recipe of home made vanila cake . So Let's start today's recipe
Ingredients - 1cup flour (use measurement cup), 1 Cup full cream milk powder, 2tbs baking powder, 1tbs vanila essence, 1cup vegetable oil, 4eggs, Suger 1cup. You can add peanuts for decoration.
Process - Mix all the dry ingredients together and Take the help of a sieve. Beat the sugar and eggs together. Then add all dry ingredients gradually. Then add oil into it and beat the mixture properly. After that rest it to set for 5 min. Then take a Cake bowl. Spread light ghee on the bowl. Then mold paper Spread. Pour the cake's mixture into the cake bowl. Give the peanuts upto it. Then microwave the mixture for 40 mins. After that serve the cake when it will be cold.
